Vaccination is the most important thing you can do to protect your community against serious illnesses. When enough people get vaccinated, it's harder for a disease to spread to those who can't have vaccines.
We know many people are interested in the COVID-19 vaccination and want to assure you that we are working through a priority list set by the Department of Health. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT YOUR GP ABOUT GETTING THE VACCINE. We will contact patients in order of priority.
The Trust have announced that anyone who is clinically extremely vulnerable (I.E. received a shielding letter) can also now book an appointment for a covid vaccine at Craigavon Lakes. Please use the link or telephone below to do so.
Anyone between the age of 65-69 by the end of March 2021 can book an appointment online to receive the covid-19 vaccine, please use the following link to do so:
Alternatively if you do not have access to the internet to book an appointment for the vaccine please phone the following number:
0300 200 7813
If you are experiencing domestic abuse you can seek support by ringing the national domestic abuse helpline on 0808 2000 247 or, if an emergency, please dial 999
Due to the Coronavirus outbreak we are asking all patients who have symptoms of a cough, fever or loss of sense of taste or smell or difficulty breathing not to attend the practice and either contact 111 or phone into the surgery for advice.
Please where possible order your prescriptions via our email account and nominate a pharmacy to collect for you, we are unable to issue medication early or issue extra supplies.
Please help us to help you - We are trying to prevent the spread of further infection and would appreciate your help with this!
Please contact reception if you require any further details.
